once AI has scraped\pulled\stolen the majority of proprietary data via a cheap subscription, and then stored it themselves in the name of computational 'efficiency', it is only the very small incremental update they have to pay to access. (think tax regulations, law, copyrighted science pubs, etc...)
now tell me the gop has an appetite for enforcing data licensing violations w/out getting their cut...especially for foreign HQ'd data providers!
